Ah the views!

This secure domain was constructed on the hillside looking eastwards and south across the charming seaside village of Theoule, past Mandelieu and La Napoule, to Cannes and beyond – way beyond because the snowy Alps are a panorama in the distance on crisp winter days.

There are only a few villas forming the front line in this development and this is one right at the front. It is self contained and entered from a paved pedestrian access through a garden gate and there is a path around the outside of the house to the lawn and terrace at the front. This particular villa, unlike many of its neighbours is blessed with a large cypress tree dating back to well before the construction. It is a great asset providing the option of lovely dappled shade if one wants it – full sun being the other option.
