My French is pretty good now, but the view from this apartment was described to me as “époustouflante!” It’s a lovely word and conjures up all sorts of things, but I had to look it up. For those who didn’t know, époustouflante = amazing!

From the magnificent and comfortable south facing terrace which runs the entire length of the apartment one sees the Port of Golfe Juan in the near left foreground, and a little further round the Bay is Juan les Pins which forms the neck of the peninsula, and the famous and lovely Cap d’Antibes. Ahead is an unbroken view of the Mediterranean and to the right the Isles de Lerins which lie just off the coast of Cannes.

Boulevard des Horizons and Chemin de la Californie are less than 10 minutes from the centre of Cannes and roughly follow the contour of the slopes to the east of La Californie and Super Cannes. The area is quiet, sought after, and home to some of the most magnificent homes, apartment blocks and villas on the entire coastline of the French Riviera. 

The 1970 residence is one of luxury, with a magnificent swimming pool, tennis courts and a guardian of course. The gardens are beautiful and immaculate.

The beautifully renovated apartment comprises a double living room opening onto the 70m² terrace, three bedrooms with bathrooms and a superb and fully equipped kitchen.
