This studio apartment is well situated very close to Forville Market and the Old Town of Cannes, and a five minute walk down the hill to the Palais des Festivals and the beaches. As a small rental unit it has a lot of merit. It is on a very small one way street and parking is easy there, and it is quiet. 

The apartment itself is on the 4th floor of a very good building with a guardian, and the view is really lovely. Way below is a fairly busy intersection in the road that branches off to the exclusive suburb of La Croix des Gardes, but it is so far below as not to be of much consequence. On the facing hillside is the most wonderful Chateaux Vallembrosa. It was last Thursday that we first visited this apartment – just as the “famous snowstorm” was beginning, so I photographed the view and the Chateaux from the enclosed Balcony. It might be a long time before this apartment has this view with snow again!

There is an entrance hall, and a living room which opens onto a big enclosed balcony giving the apartment so much more space. The kitchen is equipped; there is a bathroom, a separate toilet and a cellar in the basement. The apartment is in working order and little or nothing needs doing to it except for some tasteful furnishing and decorating.
