This is a lovely apartment.
If you have any intention of visiting Cannes yourself from time to time or having a second home here, this bears looking at closely. It has excellent position. It is in an excellent building. It is high up and has a lovely terrace. It has been renovated with very high quality finishes. It has a big garage.
