Rue des Freres Pradignac, named after two brothers in the Resistance who were captured and shot by the Nazis, is a tiny one way street, stretching for just two blocks, parallel to the Croisette and just one block back from it. It is a wonderful position for rentals as delegates and guests only need to leave their front door and walk for a minute to get to the beaches of the Croisette, two minutes to the Palais des Festivals, and for restaurants, shopping and local colour they only have to go downstairs! Freres Pradignac has it all. It’s a great little street.
