Basse Californie is a very good and desirable residential suburb just east of Palm Beach. It is a short walk to the beaches and an even shorter walk to shops, patisserie etc. It is just too far away from the centre of Cannes for conference rentals, so would need to be rented out on an annual basis to a young person or a couple.

There is real demand for affordable accommodation close to Cannes and in such a good building and with excellent position this apartment will rent well. However it was before, and could again be a wonderful second home just minutes from the beaches and the centre of Cannes.
