This service includes:
Purchasing of the property
- Sourcing of the right property
Structuring, Mortgage and Transfer
- Assistance with creation of special purpose company structures
- Assistance with opening of bank accounts
- Assistance with mortgage applications
- Full responsibility for briefing and liaison with the Notary in regards to the transfer
Renovations and Furnishing
- Full responsibility for renovations (if required)
- Full responsibility for furnishing (if required)
Letting
- Appointment and ongoing liaison with the letting agent
Ongoing administration
- Management of the payments to creditors, such as, the electricity supplier, water, levies, local and government taxes
- Assistance in submitting annual income tax returns
- Production of monthly statements (as required)
