Cap d’Antibes Small Hotel For Sale

6 June 2008

THE “CAPS” of the Cote d’Azur.
There are three famous “caps” or small peninsulas on the coastline of the Cote d’Azur:

  • Cap Martin is just west of Menton, the border town with Italy.
  • Next comes St Jean Cap Ferrat which lies between Monaco and Beaulieu on one side, and Villefranch sur Mer and Nice on the other.
  • Further west still, guarded by Old Antibes on the one side and Juin les Pins on the other side is Cap d’Antibes, just a few miles from Cannes.

Boutique Hotel For sale on Cap d’Antibes.

(Close to both historic Antibes and exciting Juin les Pins)
Asking Price: 7 000 000€

This hotel a working hotel, although it is in need of investment in the form of renovation and modernisation.

Every room has an en-suite bathroom, a kitchenette, a balcony with table and chairs, a TV and air conditioning. The rooms and balconies on one side of the hotel have sea views, and the other side has views of the villas and hillsides of the Cap.

It is only 20 minutes from Nice International airport, and 20 minutes from Cannes, so it benefits from its closeness to the conference and other activities in these centres. However in its own right, the Cap d’Antibes has some of the most prestigious homes and hotels in France, Michelin rated restaurants, and glorious beaches, walks and views.

The hotel has professional kitchens, a restaurant with potential to serve the general public, lovely expansive terraces, swimming pool and two tennis courts. It has extensive grounds, and adjacent to it are a villa and two lots of open land, all of which could be acquired in order to develop the hotel’s potential further, if a larger project is required. Possibilities for an upmarket spa and health centre exist.
