This is a lovely apartment that really should be seen!
Set in the leafy foothills of La Croix des Gardes just a kilometre west of Cannes, in a recent well constructed building (2005) it has very easy access to shops and facilities, to the bus routes, to the endless and popular beaches and amenities of the Plages du Midi, and of course to the centre of Cannes just five minutes away.
Equally close but in the opposite direction to Cannes are La Napoule with its hotels, casinos, and marinas, and Mandelieu with its lovely 18 hole “Old Golf Course” established in 1891 by Duke Mickael of Russia (it is the oldest course on the Riviera and one of the oldest in France, modelled originally on St Andrews).
A little beyond Mandelieu at the foot of the famous Red Hills of the Esterel is charming Theoule-sur-Mer with its secluded beaches and waterside castle and museum. La Croix des Gardes is in the heart of everything the Riviera has to offer, but is itself quiet and secluded in its leafy surrounds.
